The Haunted Train

For many years in the 1950's it was common for the matrons of Atlanta society as well as others to board the Nancy Hanks at the Peachtree station and go down to Savannah for a festive meal or visit with friends. It was a well known train and a scenic trip. The Dining and the Club cars offered many opportunities for conversation and socialization among the passengers. There was also a not unfamiliar occurrence in the Club car especially on the evening run back to Atlanta several people encountered. Some of the ladies witnessed and several men reported an unusually lovely woman on the trip. She wore a large hat with pink trim and a rather old fashioned pink dress of a gauze like fabric and flowing bell shaped sleeves with lace on the edge.No one ever saw her shoes. She seemed to float around from one group to another laughing and talking to this and that person.Soon she would select one man and spend most of the rest of the time at his table sipping a "Burbon and Branch" .She gave him her full attention and he seemed captivated.
Just as the train approached the station, those still in the club car swore that the couple just vanished.
What do you think? Were they real or phantoms of collective imagination???
The Nancy Hanks was retired in the 60"s along with the woman and her companion. They were never identified.

The Ghost Who Rides A Motorcycle

Near where I live near the downtown area of the Capital City there was a motorcycle werck about three years ago.Around 2 AM,a cyclist hit a car and was instantly killed. The loud noise carried the two blocks and several people in my building heard it.One man said he walked down and saw the crash site just as the ambulance arrived. No one in the car was injured.
A sad situation.
In this state it is not uncommon for family or friends to leave flowers or other tributes at the site of a tragedy such as rhis one. There were many flowers on that corner as the days went by.Even more than usual we thought.Even today there is a boquet there at the corner.

About two months after the accident, some men who were outside smoking and talking heard a motorcycle and then a loud crash. They walked down in sight of the spot but saw nothing.Thos happened several times on and off throughout the summer. As winter approached the crash sounds seemed to diminish but the motorcycle sounds continurd. Not long after, a man walking in the vicinity saw a motorcycle and it dissapeared at the crash site. There was no sound beyond that point.Several people now report going down there and wittness the lone cyclist appear then disappear. He is considered to be the Ghost who rides again to his death.

A Soldier Says Goodbye

Maureen is an ICU Nurse who never believed in "That spirit and ghost stuff." She often teased about it.She was a hard working dedicated nurse and mother of three boys. Her oldest joined the marines after high school graduation. He said ?After living in your household all these years the Marines will be like home."
When he was deployed to Iraq naturally she was worried. "I pray for him every day."

The nursing staff were quite worried when they heard she had called in sick to say her son was in trouble. In a few hours it was announced her son had been killed the night before.

Maureen told her friends that as she slept she was awakened by a bright light. Her son was there surrounded by the light and said "It is OK,Mom.I am in a good place now.I just wanted to tell you not to worry." and faded away.

She now believes.

The Jewelry Box

This is a story that was told to me last year.
The Jewelry Box

Another incident happened about 6 years ago. I lived in a three bedroom house with my two daughters and son in law.

My son in-law (Cranston) who worked at a moving company, he worked the night shift.

Well, he brought home this old jewelry box which contained 3 pieces of cheap earrings. On the front of the box had a picture of a girl in the colonial days. It was painted on the box.

Well, what Cranston failed to tell us, 'til later, was that, some of his coworkers had also brought home the box to their families and then brought it back to work, without saying why.

Anyway, he brought it home to give my daughter, Tanya, thinking maybe she may want it. She said she felt uneasy whenever she was near the box. And felt really strange when she first laid eyes on it. So one day she decided to ask me if I wanted the jewelry box. I told her no, since she herself, felt right out uncomfortable with it. So she put it on the shoe shelf located near the back door.

As the weeks went by, Cranston mentioned to a Hawaiian coworker, about the box. And how we, his family, didn't feel good about keeping it, or even having it in the house. His friend advised him to burn the box, because, we weren't the only ones, that felt strange about the box.

It was about 10:30 PM when he and his friend were discussing about how to burn the box. Strangely about 10:30 PM, Cranston actually punched out from work, and already had plans to destroy the box.

Meanwhile, back at our house. I was getting ready for bed. Duane ( my boyfriend) and I had just gone under the covers. My two daughters and a friend were in the dining room they were playing Scrabble. Now the Dining room is located right by the back door.

At approximately 10:30 PM my daughters noticed that the dining room became very extra quiet. So quiet, that they recall, they could have heard a pin drop. That the air in the dining room became very still and very silent.

At about the same time. Duane and I heard this loud, bloodcurdling, scream. It was from a girl, who. we didn't know, but it was loud and at first she screamed with horror and then moaned and wept. We sat up in bed and looked at each other, that very moment we knew we both heard her, I panicked, I thought it was my daughter Tanya, thinking that Cranston and her were fighting, I asked Duane to check on her, in the meantime, I sat up in bed, thinking, oh my goodness, what will the neighbors say, being it was so late at night.

Duane must have been gone for only one minute or so, he returned to the room calmly, I took one look at him and asked, what happened. He looked stunned. Said nothing is wrong. Not agreeing with him, I said you must be joking. I then ran to the dining room, to check it out myself. My kids were quiet, they looked up at me and I was furious. I asked them, if they heard that girl scream.
They all said no, that there was no noise, at all. I looked at them with disbelief. The cry of this girl was so loud and horrible. She sounded so much in pain. No one but Duane and I heard her. I stood in the dining room with my kids and their friend. I couldn't believe it. There's got to be an explanation. But there wasn't.

I returned back to my room, where Duane was waiting up for me. We both didn't say a thing. We were both in shock.

The next morning. We all sat around the dining room, trying to make sense of the night before.

We then realize that at the precise time 10:30 PM, it was then decided on how Cranston was going to destroy the jewelry box. It was 10:30 PM, the precise time, that my daughters recall how still the air was in the dining room, how quiet, it was. And it was the precise time , 10:30 PM, that Duane and I both heard that bloodcurdling scream and the moaning and weeping that followed.

The box took almost 3 hours to burn. Cranston used a small torch.

To this day, I have no explanation.

Ellenray From Etsy

Ellenray Has A Ghost Story

The talented ellenray from http://ellenray.etsy.com has some incredible art work in her shop.you may wish to visit to see more of her work. Some is in the video. Not only talented in art,she loves all crafts.

She says, I have 3 sons, two of whom are grown. Hubby is the 5th generation owner of a lumber yard in Wabash, Indiana. I work at the business in the office. I like ANY craft or art project from photography to crocheting, painting to candlemaking, basketweaving to papermaking. I like flower gardening, shopping, music, and hate cooking- but have to do it anyway.

Here is a story she shared with us in a forum recently. In her own words.

"I have lived in very old houses my whole married life. In the first one (built 1886)I would hear footsteps on the stairs (even in the day) and have objects move like a chair rocking, doors shutting, and things put in one place and found another.

The house we're in now (built 1876) has had nothing like that happen. Why in one, and not the other."

When I was single I lived in a house built in the 1940s that had strange things happen in it. After I moved out, a babysitter for my kids lived there, and one day she asked me if I ever thought it was haunted when I lived there. Her mom wanted her to ask me.
They were having issues along that line, also. Spooky!"

Thoughts About 2012 ?

I was looking up some information and checking out some History Channel and Religious thoughts about The End Days.I had read the Left Behind series.of course,I have begun to seriously wonder especially after the horrible Cyclone and Eath quake recently if it might be so.I pui this on a forum:
You probably have heard various theories about these being the End Days because of all the weather changes, the horrible earthquakes and storms...from Revelations in the Bible to changes in the earth orbit to the Ancient Mayan Calender that says that 2012 will be the end. What are your thoughts?

Here are some of the replies in their own words but without names..
"DH is convinced the Mayans had it right..."

""I think it'll be a barmy year, with some nice surfing weather!"

"Makes any long term decisions kind of moot doesn't it?"

"Damn it, as though making a new mold tomorrow and the rash on my son's neck from new clothes wasn't enough to worry about.
Where's my g*d dam* chamomile tea anyway."

You know, the Mayans used to tie two boards on each side of their head to give it a cone shape. I don't think they're the people we should listen too."

you made me lol, for real."

"It's just another year to me. I try to stay away from doom and gloom. Live life as it comes. If it *is* the "end", oh well. At least I know I had a great life and my kids did as well while it lasted. =)"

"my fiance is also convinced the world is ending in 2012. If it does it's ok with me, as long as I forget and I'm not expecting it."

"Yeah and how many people thought thats what would happen in the yr. 2000? And yet here I am."

So where are you with the ideas?

Was There A Baby At The Nursing home?

Some years ago in South Carolina, there was a prtite lady,Mrs.V in a Nursing Home. She was sweet and nurturing. She could dress herself and walk unassisted. Her words did not always make sense or follow the thought of the conversation. She carried her pillow around constantly holding it and often singing to it as if it were a baby.
One of the staff nurses attended an Auction or estate sale at a near by community looking for a table. She also saw a little doll dressed in a once white gown and bonnet and thought of Mrs.V.She took it home, cleaned it up,and left it on the bed in Mes.V's room.
Mrs.v was delighted. She repeatedly said "My baby" and wiped tears from her eyes. The pillow was replaced by the baby doll.

Several nights later the night staff heard what sounded like a baby crying in the room.but nothing was found. This same thing happened in the afternoon the following week.It was thought to be cats outside but none could be found.

About a month later, the night nurse heard singing and rocking noises from Mrs.V's room. She sent someone to check and was told it was OK.Mrs.V. was just rocking her baby. The next time when it happened, the nurse went to check. She saw the same thing and it gradually faded away.
You see there are no rocking chairs in the rooms. There was Mrs.V lying in her bed with a crying doll...

Another Squirrelgirl Experience

This experience was also told us by Squirrelgirl. Her work is in the video below and you may wish to see her other things at her store http://squirrelgirl.etsy.com

Here is her story in her own words.
"I absolutely believe.(In ghosts.) My Grandmother has appeared to me several times in dreams after she passed.

My mother brother called her on the phone after he had passed, telling her he was alright and not to be sad any longer.

And I've lived in several older homes that had ghosts that played little tricks. One was an old convent that was also a nursing home in the late 1800's. The ghosts there liked to turn on the radio and open the shower curtain.

Squirrelgirl At Etsy

Squirrelgirl Has A Ghostly Experience.

A very sensitive Etsy Artist,Squirrelgirl68 has had some unusual experiences. She shares with us from a forum some weeks ago.A selection of her work appears in the video. You may wish to see more of her creations at her store http://Squirrelgirl68.etsy.com

She says this about herself and work in her profile.
I was a resident of the NE Mpls community for over 14 years. Recently made the move to a cute little house in the Midway area of St. Paul.

My work reflects my eclectic style, featuring a funky combination of glass, shell, semi-precious stones, bone and metal beads in one beautiful, completely original piece. Perfect for the gypsy, rock star, bohemian, hippy, and new age types.

Here is her story in her own words
"I lived at this apartment for almost 7 years. There was never a scary feeling there, but an obvious presence. It was never scary.

I always liked to keep the shower curtain closed. The ghost would open it. I used to think perhaps my son was opening it, until it happened when I was completely alone.

We lived at another house that was 150 years old. One time I heard footsteps walking above me in the attic. It was not uncommon for the landlord to be up in the attic. I went to check the attic door and it was locked. I went back to the living room and heard footsteps again. They were heavy footsteps, not anything small like squirrels. It was a little freaky."

You Tube On Bermuda Triangle of the Pacific

Bermuda Triangle Of The Pacific

You have heard of the Bermuda Triangle, of course.Charles Berlitz brought it to the public's attention several decades ago.The initial focus is on the disapperance of Flight 19, the group of 5 planes on a training mission which disappeared without a trace shortly after World War 11 .This was followed by the search plane that also went missing.(If you have not, there are several videos on You Tube about it.)

The many theories about all the mysterious disappearences are varied and still being studied. There is the electronic, magnetic and UFO considerations.Last week a very interesting possibility of large bursts of methane gas producing huge bubbles was presented.

Any way there is a similar feature in the Pacific Ocean near Japan called "The Devil's Triangle". I was going to post this with its' title above from the History Channel but could not get it here. The parts run from 8 to 9 minutes each.If you are interested here are the links.I think the first is good enough for an introduction..

Another by IJess at the Same House

Jessr continues at the same house described yesterday.

"Later in the visit, I was sitting with my husband and SIL in the living room. The layout of the first floor was such that the rooms formed a connected circle with the living room in the front, which had doors adjoining both the kitchen/dining room and the library. In between the two back rooms was another set of stairs leading to the upper floors of the house. My husband got up to get a glass of water from the kitchen. Right as he left, I heard some strange music coming from the library. It was tinny and old-fashioned, as though coming from an old scratchy record player. I could clearly hear a woman singing. The music lasted about 10-20 seconds. At first, I thought my BIL must have come down the back stairs and turned on some music, but my SIL said, "What was THAT?" So apparently she had heard it as well. My husband came back in the room, come down the back stairs and turned on some music, but my SIL said, "What was THAT?" So apparently she had heard it as well. My husband came back in the room, and when we asked him, said he did not hear the music...and my SIL said my BIL wasn't home. No one had turned on anything. It was just the strangest thing, the tinniest strangest other worldly music, just for the briefest instant. Even in the sunny afternoon, we all felt a chill."

Thank you Jess for sharing your experiences.

IJess's Ghostly Visit

I was unable to locate an Etsy shop for Jess, but she left an interesting experience on our forum about ghosts and knew it might reappear here.So thanks to her, here is her story in her own words:
"My SIL and BIL live in an old Victorian house with a massive turret in Eastern MA. They routinely experience strange phenomena, such as the radio being turned on loud in the middle of the night, sounds of furniture moving, and other strange unexplicable events. My SIL is very skeptical of ghosts and the paranormal, but my BIL had a psychic come and investigage the house. They also did some research on it. Knowing I am sensitive to ghosts, she was interested in having me visit, but did not tell me what areas of the house the psychic identified as potentially haunted areas, to see if I could find out what those places were.
We stayed on the second floor of the house and had to use the upstairs bathroom. While I was brushing my teeth, I felt very uneasy and felt the bathroom definitely had some negative vibes. I glanced in the mirror and was shocked to see a pair of eyes looking at me from a corner of the room reflected. I spun around, but, of course, saw nothing, and I quickly fled to the guest room. I told my SIL about it in the morning and she said the psychic had also identified the upstairs bathroom as a negative area, and come to find out, a previous owner had hung himself off an architectural element, so that he was found with his body pretty much right outside the upstairs bathroom. Ugh."

You Tube Video Guy Healing Karen

Therapeutic Touch The Process

There are many scientific skeptics about the basic philosophy and effectiveness of Therapeutic Touch. That generally does not include the persons who have felt much better after it is used.As mentioned before, there are many persons in health care who use the process today.
There are approved training programs and procedures for educating those interested.A 12 hour basic workshop is the first part. The web site and the International Association have lists of approved programs.

Research of Krieger-Kunz Therapeutic Touch finds that Therapeutic Touch reduces anxiety, regulates and supports the immune function, alters the perception of pain, and encourages general healing.[citation needed] In a study conducted by Dolores Krieger in 1975 the effect of Therapeutic Touch on hemoglobin levels was examined.

Practitioners of Krieger-Kunz Therapeutic Touch trained nurses to offer this service to patients as part of general nursing care. The control group received the nursing care without Therapeutic Touch. The author of the study found that TT increased hemoglobin in only three patients. A 2004 study examined the effects of Therapeutic Touch on dementia. The findings of this study suggest that Therapeutic Touch decreases the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.

The steps of the process include:

Centering - bringing the body, mind, emotion to a quiet, focused state of consciousness. Centering is using the breath, imagery, meditation and/or visualizations to open one's self to find an inner-sense of equilibrium to connect with the inner core of wholeness and stillness.

Assessing - holding the hands 2 to 6 inches away from the individual's energy field while moving the hands from the head to the feet in a rhythmical, symmetrical manner. Sensory cues such as warmth, coolness, static, blockage, pulling, tingling are described by some practitioners.

Intervention- Clearing also called unruffling - facilitating the symmetrical flow of energy through the field. Unruffling is achieved by using hand movements from the midline while continuing to move in a rhythmical and symmetrical manner from the head to the feet. Balancing, Rebalancing - projecting, directing and modulating energy based on the nature of the living field; assisting to re-establish the order in the system. Treatment is accomplished by moving the hands to the areas that seem to need attention - energy may be transferred where there is a deficit or energy may be mobilized or repatterned from areas of congestion.

Evaluation/Closure - finishing the treatment - using professional, informed and intuitive judgment to determine when to end the session. Reassessing the field continuously during the treatment to determine balance and eliciting feedback from the individual are cues as to when to end the TT treatment.

What Is Therapeutic Touch?

Therapeutic touch (TT) is a type of energy medicine whereby the therapist moves his or her hands over the patient’s “energy field,” allegedly directing the flow of chi or prana so the patient can heal. TT is based on the belief that each living thing has a “life energy field” which extends beyond the surface of the body and generates an aura. This energy field can become unbalanced, misaligned, obstructed, or out of tune.

Energy healers think they can feel and manipulate this energy field by making movements that resemble massaging the air a few inches above the surface of the patient’s body. Energy healers also think that they can transfer some of their own life energy to the patient. These airy manipulations allegedly restore the energy field to a state of balance or harmony, to a proper alignment, or they unblock a clog in the field or transfer life energy from healer to patient.
This restoration of integrity to the field is thought to make it possible for the body to heal itself. http://skepdic.com/tt.html

Therapeutic Touch was developed in the early 1970's by a remarkable woman, Dolores Krieger, Ph.D., R.N., then a Professor of Nursing at New York University, and her mentor, the late Dora Kunz, a well-respected "natural" healer. Together these two women developed a healing form which can be easily taught and easily learned.
Although the word "touch" is part of the modality's name, physical touch is not necessary when Practitioners offer a treatment. Other names for Therapeutic Touch is Non-Contact Therapeutic Touch (NCTT), or Distance Healing.(Wikipedia)

The Therapeutic Touch Network of Ontario (TTNO) developed a list of assumptions underpinning Krieger-Kunz Therapeutic Touch. These assumptions are:

* In a state of health, Life Energy flows freely in, through, and out of the field in an orderly manner.
* Disease or injury affects, obstructs, disorders, or depletes the flow of energy.
* Thereafter, Touch practitioners attempt to influence the energy flow to restore the integrity of the field and move it toward wholeness and health.

Always individualized, a session usually does not exceed 20 minutes. Practitioners can administer Therapeutic Touch while his client is in a sitting or lying position and, followed by a rest period.

Although initially developed within and for nursing, it spread beyond the profession to many others within the medical and alternative medicine field. There is an International Association with several thousands of members at this time.
We will discuss the research and specific used at another time as well as the popularity of this process which is generally thought by many Medical Professionals and scientists to be unwarrented or fradulent with no scientific basis.

Aura Energy and Beginning Healing

A brief review of aura and energy and a little exercise will set the stage for the coming discussion tomorrow of therapeutic touch as a mode of healing.
As previously discussed about energy and aura, everything in the Universe is just a vibration. Every atom, every part of an atom, every electron, every elementary particle , even our thoughts and consciousness are just vibrations.
We may define the Aura as a vibration surrounding every material object. This definition is sufficient for the purpose of reading Auras, providing that we can train ourselves to see Aura vibration. Aura around living (conscious) objects (people, plants ...) changes with time, sometimes very quickly.
Although the aura may not be seen.It is still present.Training the hands to be sensitive to these vibrations is a beginning.Everyone wishing to do so may do this.As the hands become more sensitive, you can use them to detect the auric energies emanating from other parts of the body.

To prepare for the exercise, sit comfortably in a chair.Have both feet on the floor about 6 to 8 inches apart.Put your hands on your thighs with palms up.Close your eyes as you take a deep cleansing breath saying "in with the good " as you inhale and "out with the bad" as you exhale slowly through your mouth.Repeat this for a total of three cleansing breaths.

You may do this with your own arm or with another.(If you are doing it on another person shake your hands and fingers about 5 or 6 times to disrupt the flow of energy of your own aura.)You are beginning practice of sensitising your hands to the vibrations. These detections may feel like heat, pressure, tingling etc.Your eyes will be open now by the way..

Hold your dominant hand about a foot and a half above your bared forearm.Slowly lower your hand toward the forearm. Pay attention to anything that you might feel. How close do you come to the forearm before you can feel the energy from it? Remember that the feeling may be one of pressure, heat, coolness, thickness etc. It will feel much like what you experienced between you hands. It may not be as strong, but you should be able to feel it. If you cannot, slowly repeat it. Remember that you are reawakening your ability to consciously be aware of the subtle energies around you.

This is the first step and useful to practice. It will be used in the Therapeutic Touch discussed tomorrow or later this week.

The Pink Lady Haunts an Ashville NC Hotel

Since this was a feature on the news recently, I will skip over the healing energy and tell about her instead.
The Grove Inn is a popular hotel in the mountains at Ashville NC. Several conventions and meetings occur there regularly. One you may have heard of is the annual National Gingerbread House Competition held near Christmas with some highly unusual entries often begun for the next year as soon as the current one is over.I wonder if some of those people guarding their scenes of the Capitol, a Horse Farm and some oof the other things have seen her?

No one knows the history of who The Pink Lady is or why she is there. She seems to love the guests so speculation is that she must have been a guest at some time.

Last month included the reports of three guests seeing her.
One man staying in the room 355 looked up as he was shaving and saw a woman in a long pink dress watching him.The door was locked and no one could have come in.

The mother of a toddler saw him waving and saying"Bye Bye" as a woman with white around her wearing a pink dress floated from the room. She told the manager she had not heard of The Pink Lady.

A man was awakened in the night by a knock on his door. When he answered, he saw a woman in a long pink dress running down the hall....

There are other ghosts in and around Ashville Some mysterious mountain lights continue to puzzle scientists about their origin. The report is that investigation at the Grove Park Inn however did show that something unexplainable was happening there, making it one of the "verified" hauntings...

An Added Experience In Palm Reading

I overlooked a very interesting post on the forum and did not have it for the video. But wanted you to "hear" this also. This is from gothicreations at Etsy. There are a variety of lovely things in her shop. Here is the link and the pictures show 2 of my favorites.
http://gothicreations.etsy.com
In her own words
gothicreations says:
"I had my palm read back in September. All I told her was my name and birth date. I didn't say anything else to her. She said that I would be successful in my chosen career which she saw as something creative and involved drawing. I just got my degree in interior design. She said that I have often been treading water financially but I will start making more money due to effort I was currently doing. She also talked to me my dating life. She was right on traget with that one.
It was very interesting. I did it for fun. I would probably do it again just because it was fun."

For those of you interested there is a rather interesting video about Palmistry and Astrology on You Tube

Etsy Talks About Palm Reading Video

Etsy Talk About Palm Reading

If you have wondered about what people thought about palm reading. Here are some snippets from a discussion last week.Samples of the work of these Etsy Artists is in the video also posted but you may wish to check out the shops listed with the comments.
These were just as given when asked if they had ever had a palm reading and what they thought of palmistry in general.

waterfall says:
An old Hungarian Lady read my hand when I was 12. At a Church bake sale of all places. I didn't believe her. But she was so right. Kind of scary in a way. http://waterfall.etsy.com

lilbrigid says:
I had my palm read in New Orleans 9 years ago (yikes! that made me feel old to write). She was more right than wrong -- enough so that I've been dying to go to another one. As far as specifics are concerned, I was in the tenth grade at the time, and she told me I'd graduate first in my class, and I did, so that's pretty cool. http://lilbrigid.etsy.com

ellenray says:
no- but would like to

http://ellenray.etsy.com

Loviisa says:
I've had the works done over the years - palm, tarot, holding an object that belongs to you, astrology... Indian wise men, hippies in California, old ladies in the East end of London, and I can't even remember who else

And I can sincerely say that have all turned out to be a load of rubbish. http://loviisa.etsy.com

ScotiaMade says:
four of us went one day to a local palm reader and psychic. I have to say, what a load of shit. She so far off base on everyone there, and managed to upset the pregnant lady (who she did not know was pregnant) by talking endlessly about upcoming miscarriages ( update: she has 2 girls, no miscarriages ). But, predictably, one amongst us clung to the things said tp her because it was what she wanted to hear. none of it came to pass
http://ScotiaMade.etsy.com

jlyndesigns says:
Over the years I've had a lot of different types of readings by different people. Some were specific and did come to pass others were general and were pretty much garbage and speculation. http://jlyndesigns.etsy.com

Squirrelgirl68 says:
I've got a book on it.

I can read the basics, like how many children and true love type of thing.
http:// Squirrelgirl168.etsy.com

WishingCreek says:
I've always wanted to.. http://WishingCreek.etsy.com.

buttonempire says:
I've got oe *crazy* set of lines on both hands. No life line to speak of, and a gazillion other lines running off in all directions. It's wild.
I once tried to get a reading at a tea room, but I swear, she looked at my palms and blanched. She was so out of her element.
I'd love to meet a pro pro and get my palm read. My hands would challenge the best of them. : http://buttonempire.etsy.com

junkmostwondrous says:
A palm reader just opened shop nearby. I kind of want to check it out but I'm also chickenshit scared. I have very lined palms too, Button. http://junkmostwonderous.etsy.com

AngelHeartBeads says:
I do tarot readings and rune readings - but I don't look at it like a psychic reading. I guess the whole thing about palm reading and tarot cards is the person who is getting the reading will take from it what they will. I believe 100% in the power of energy and making things happen for yourself (within reason). But do I specifically believe everything the cards display? No, I don't.
http://AngelHeartBeads.etsy.com

kookyhandbags says:
Yes. In College, and they said I would either be very poor or very rich.
Actually I've never been either yet.

Also that I would have a long term illness which is true. http://kookyhandbags.etsy.com
